I went to a great class sponsored by Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group last Friday (thanks for the invite Carla!).

I learned a lot about financing and some tools that will assist both buyers and sellers.  3-2-1 buydowns, pre-paid interest, VA eligability, etc.  I can't wait to share it with you!  Give me  a call for more information.

 I also met with a super nice lady last night who wants to sell her townhouse in Thalia. I hope that she selects me to market and sell her home because I think these tools I learned last week will be a great help to her.

What a great day. I got to do what I like best about my job as a Realtor!  That is go to closing with an excited and appreciative buyer or seller!  I love the look on the faces of first time home buyers in particular!  Thank you to Karen for making my day special and allowing me to assist with her home purchase!
